Hiroshima Day in Helsinki, 6 August

Japanilaisen perinteen mukaiset kynttilälyhdyt Hiroshiman ja Nagasakin atomipommi-iskujen uhrien muistoksi

In August, when the nights get darker, it’s time to light the floating lanterns again. On Hiroshima day, the 6th of August, we will respect the memory of the victims of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We will remind the world of the senselessness of nuclear weapons and the importance of working for peace.
